### What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We primarily collect personal data when you submit a “Request Consultation” or “Free Consultation” form (full name, email address, phone number, project address, and details of the requested service). The purpose is to respond to your inquiry, send you a quote, coordinate a technical visit, and provide the service. The legal basis is **your consent** when submitting the form and our **legitimate interest** in responding to business inquiries.
By default, WordPress does not collect personal data from visitors. It only collects data from the registered user profile (if applicable). However, our site uses the **LiteSpeed Cache** plugin (see the specific section below).
**Comments**
Although our site does not currently have an active blog section with comments, if a visitor leaves a comment in any future section, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
**Media** If you upload images to the website (for example, for a project), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
**Contact Forms** When you submit a “Request Consultation” form or any contact form, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, project address, and message/description of the service. This data is retained solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and follow up on customer service. We do not use it for marketing without your additional explicit consent. Submissions are kept for the time necessary to provide the service (usually up to 24-36 months or until you request their deletion).
**Cookies**
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain personal data and simply indicates the ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
**Embedded content from other websites**
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, forms, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
**Analytics**
We use external analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) that track visitors’ personal data. We collect data related to the use of cookies.
